What is processing time?

Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when the carrier picks it up from our warehouse. This includes:

  • Payment verification

  • Order pulling from inventory

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging

  • Label printing

  • Handoff to carrier

Important: Expedited shipping applies to transit time only – processing still takes 1-2 business days unless you select “Priority Processing” at checkout (+$5.99 for same-day handling).

Shipping Carriers (US)

We use the following carriers based on package size, weight, and destination:

  • USPS (US Postal Service) – Most common for lightweight packages (swaddles, pacifiers, small accessories)

  • UPS – Heavier packages (bath seats, multiple items, large orders)

  • FedEx – Expedited and overnight shipments

You cannot select your carrier – we choose the most reliable option for your specific order.

Free International Shipping: Orders totaling $150 USD or more ship standard for free.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IMPORTANT: Kindora Goods LLC does not charge or collect customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes. These fees are your responsibility and are collected by your local government when the package arrives.

What you should know:

  • Customs fees vary by country (typically 5-25% of order value)

  • Some countries have minimum thresholds ($800 USD for US customers returning from abroad – but you’re receiving, not returning)

  • Carriers may charge brokerage/handling fees ($10-20 USD)

  • Refusing to pay customs fees results in package abandonment – you will not receive a refund

To estimate fees: Search “[your country] import duty calculator” before ordering.

Customs Documentation

We legally must declare:

  • Accurate product description (e.g., “baby cotton swaddle,” not “gift” or “sample”)

  • Actual value paid (we cannot undervalue packages)

  • Country of origin (typically China or Vietnam for manufacturing, shipped from USA)

We cannot: Mark packages as “gifts,” declare lower values, or falsify product descriptions. Doing so is customs fraud and violates US and international law.

International Shipping Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to size, material, or local regulations:

  3. Click the tracking link – This takes you to the carrier’s tracking page

Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?

Common reasons:

  • First 24 hours: Carrier may not have scanned the package yet

  • Weather delays: Hurricanes, snowstorms, floods

  • Customs hold: International packages awaiting clearance (can take 1-10 days)

  • Missed scan: Package is moving but didn’t get scanned at a facility

Address Verification

We use address verification software to reduce delivery failures. If our system flags your address as invalid:

  1. You’ll see a warning at checkout

  2. Please correct the address based on suggested format

  3. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provide

Changing Your Shipping Address After Order

Before shipment: Email tranduy221095@gmail.com immediately with “ADDRESS CHANGE” + order number. We’ll update if order hasn’t processed.

After shipment: We cannot change the address. You may need to:

  • Contact carrier with tracking number to request redirect (carrier may charge fee)

  • Coordinate with the wrong address recipient (if applicable)

  • If returned to us, we’ll refund minus original shipping cost


Section 6: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (US) or 20+ business days (international):

  1. Contact us at tranduy221095@gmail.com

  2. We file a carrier claim (may take 10-30 days)

  3. Once claim is approved (or 15 days pass without resolution), we:

    • Reship your order (free) or

    • Issue full refund

Stolen Packages (Marked “Delivered” But Not Received)

We are not automatically responsible for stolen packages because once carrier marks “delivered,” our liability ends. However, we will help:

Step 1: Check with neighbors, family members, and around your property
Step 2: Contact the carrier – they may have GPS proof of delivery location
Step 3: File a police report (required for refund eligibility)
Step 4: Contact us with police report number – we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or discount on reorder

Prevention tips:

  • Ship to a secure location (work address, lockers, require signature)

  • Install a security camera

  • Request “hold for pickup” at carrier facility

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or products inside are broken:

  1. Take photos of the box and damaged products (before throwing anything away)

  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery: tranduy221095@gmail.com with “DAMAGED” + order number

  3. Include photos – we’ll assess within 24 hours

  4. We’ll send replacement immediately or issue full refund

Do not discard the original packaging until we say so – carriers may require inspection.


Section 7: Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Our system currently supports one shipping address per order. If you need to send products to multiple locations:

  • Place separate orders for each address

  • Contact us for bulk orders (10+ packages) – we may offer discounted combined shipping


Section 8: Delivery Exceptions & Failed Deliveries

Carrier Attempts

Most carriers make 3 delivery attempts before returning package to us.

What to do after a failed delivery:

  1. Look for carrier notice on your door

  2. Follow instructions to reschedule or pick up at local facility

  3. If not retrieved within 5-10 days, package returns to us

Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address provided by you – We refund product cost minus original shipping and a $10 restocking fee

  • Failed delivery attempts (you didn’t pick up or reschedule) – Same as above

  • Customs refusal (international) – Refund minus all shipping costs (both ways) + $10 fee

  • Our error (wrong address on our part) – Full refund including shipping

Refused by Customer

If you refuse delivery at the door:

  • Package returns to us

  • You receive refund minus original shipping + $10 restocking fee

  • No refund on international orders refused due to customs fees

  • New Year’s Eve (Dec 31 – half day)

During major shopping holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day equivalents), processing may take 5-10 business days.

Section 10: Shipping Insurance

Automatic Insurance

All orders $100+ include free shipping insurance through our carrier or third-party provider. This covers:

  • Lost packages (not marked delivered)

  • Damage during transit

Does NOT cover: Theft after delivery, packages delivered to wrong address you provided, or “porch piracy.”

Purchasing Additional Insurance

For orders under 100orhigh−valueorders(500+), you can purchase additional insurance at checkout:

  • 1.99for50-100 coverage

  • 3.99for101-200 coverage

  • 5.99for201-500 coverage


Section 11: Expedited & Priority Processing

Priority Processing ($5.99)

Guarantees your order is processed within 4 hours of placement (during business hours). Available at checkout for all orders.

Without priority: Processing in 1-2 business days. With priority: Processing in 0-4 hours.

Example: Order placed Friday at 3 PM MT with priority – ships Friday. Without priority – ships Monday.

Weekend Delivery

Not available for most carriers. Overnight orders placed Friday before 12 PM MT deliver Monday. Saturday delivery available for an additional $15 (select at checkout – limited to major metro areas).
