Refund & Chargeback Process

How Refunds Work

When you return a product under our Refund Policy:

  1. We receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5-7 business days of you shipping it)

  2. We initiate the refund through Stripe

  3. Stripe processes the refund back to your original payment method

  4. Funds appear in your account within 3-10 business days (timing depends on your bank)

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect:

Step 2: If unsatisfied, contact your bank – You have the right to dispute charges with your card issuer.

Step 3: Bank investigation – Your bank will investigate and make a determination. If they rule in your favor (chargeback), Stripe withdraws funds from our account to reimburse you.

Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first prevents us from issuing a refund through normal channels. The chargeback process also takes longer (30-90 days vs. 3-5 days for a standard refund). Please give us a chance to make things right first.


Pricing & Currency

US Dollar Pricing

All prices on kindora.shop are listed in United States Dollars (USD) . This applies to all customers, regardless of shipping destination.

International Currency Conversion

If your credit card uses a different currency (e.g., Euros, British Pounds, Japanese Yen):

  1. Stripe charges your card in USD

  2. Your bank converts USD to your local currency

  3. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee (typically 1-3%)

We do not charge any currency conversion fees. The price you see in USD is exactly what we charge.

Sales Tax

US Customers:
We collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus. Currently, this includes:

  • Colorado (our headquarters)

  • California (due to sales volume)

  • New York (due to sales volume)

  • Texas (due to sales volume)

Tax rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Customers:
You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices and vary by destination.
