What is your returns policy?

We hope that you love your Kindora purchase, but if you wish to return your item please let us know within 14 days of receipt. Once we’ve begun the return process, you have 14 days to send your item back to us in its original condition to get a full refund, which we’ll issue within 14 days of receipt.

I would like to return my product, what do I need to do?

To return your product, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll help you with the process. This typically looks something like this:


1/ You let us know the reason for your return.


2/ We gather details from you and arrange a collection.


3/ The item will be collected within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. Note: please make sure that your returned items are sent in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we’re unable to take liability for items damaged in transit.


4/ Once we receive your return, we’ll check everything’s in order and issue a refund to your original payment method. This should arrive with you within 14 working days.
