How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, after which our outlet items will take 3-5 working days to be delivered. Resale items may take slightly longer, as we need to collect, screen, and deliver them, which can take up to 7 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on the size of the item. Shipping for smaller items (e.g. breast pumps, monitors) costs €10, while larger items (e.g. prams, cribs, travel systems) are €20.

Who will deliver my parcel?

Our delivery partner is DPD.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes. If you’re not going to be in, please check with the carrier to arrange redelivery.

Will I get tracking details?

Unfortunately we cannot provide tracking details.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been dispatched. However, if your item has not been shipped we may be able to change the delivery address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll try our best to help.
