Revealing New Insights on Google’s Official Pixel 10 Series Colors: A Comprehensive Report

Posted on 5 June 2025

A recent report has unveiled detailed information about the color options for Google’s upcoming Pixel 10 series, which includes the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, and 10 Pro Fold. These devices are anticipated to launch in the latter part of August, and various leaks suggest that their color options have been disclosed ahead of the release. While details about certain characteristics remain unclear, conflicting reports from tipsters about color names have emerged. For the Pixel 10 Pro XL, the color choices appear to include Sterling Gray, Light Porcelain, Midnight, and Smoky Green.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will come in Sterling Gray and Smoky Green. Notably, a leak hinted at an eye-catching “Limoncello” shade for the basic Pixel 10 and a new Iris hue that resembles a shade from the Pixel 9a. Midnight is expected to take the place of Google’s traditional Obsidian color, while an intriguing “Ultra Blue” option is also on the table. The names associated with these colors seem to indicate a deliberate marketing strategy.

According to insiders, the Ultra Blue is reminiscent of a royal blue, Limoncello offers a mid-tone yellow, and Midnight leans towards a dark gray rather than pure black. Obsidian is likely absent from the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL, with Light Porcelain taking a lighter approach and Sterling Gray positioned as a lighter alternative to Midnight. In addition, Smoky Green, a darker shade, will feature in the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Interestingly, the smallest Pixel 10 variant is expected to include a total of three distinct colorways, signaling Google’s market strategy to promote this model.

Unlike competitors like Samsung, Google typically does not release special editions or limited colors, so these color options may be definitive for the entire lineup. While many anticipate changes in specifications, such as a more powerful Tensor G5 processor, it seems that the core features and designs of the higher-end models may largely mirror those of their predecessors. Tech enthusiasts and users alike await the official unveiling of these devices, hoping for enhancements beyond just cosmetics.
