Samsung’s rollout of One UI 7 continues to create confusion among Galaxy phone users. If your Galaxy device hasn’t yet received the update, you may need to wait until next month. Back in April, Samsung outlined a roadmap promising to upgrade all eligible Galaxy phones and tablets by the end of June.
Although the rollout faced some initial setbacks due to critical issues, it resumed quickly, keeping the overall schedule intact. Numerous Galaxy devices have already received One UI 7, but the update is not being rolled out uniformly. A significant number of Samsung fans with newer devices are still waiting for their upgrades, while some users with older models are already enjoying the new features and enhancements.
In a surprising twist, Samsung has released another schedule for additional Galaxy devices. This document, uncovered by leaker Tarun Vats, indicates that while some of the mentioned phones and tablets have already received the update in South Korea and potentially other regions, there are still many users who haven’t gotten it. The latest One UI 7 roadmap was issued by Samsung Germany, suggesting that updates for the listed devices will be prioritized in that country.
Most of the Galaxy devices on the list are expected to receive the update in June. Notably, at least five devices, including the Galaxy A55, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A25, Galaxy Tab Active 5, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024), have recently been updated. However, updates typically start in South Korea before reaching other territories.
With Samsung Germany’s roadmap appearing more realistic, if your Galaxy device is included in the list and has yet to be upgraded to One UI 7, your wait may not be much longer.
