Leaked Samsung Tablet Lineup Reveals Exciting Surprises and New Features Ahead of Launch

Posted on 1 July 2025

Samsung is set to make significant strides in its tablet lineup with exciting new models anticipated before the year’s end. The tech giant plans to unveil the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra, both equipped with MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400 chip.

On the more accessible end of the spectrum, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite has emerged in Samsung’s firmware servers, suggesting it may arrive sooner than anticipated. The Galaxy Tab S11 and its Ultra counterpart are positioned to uphold Samsung’s partnership with MediaTek, continuing the trend seen in previous models.

Internal references indicate the Tab S11 series will leverage the enhanced performance of the Dimensity 9400 chip, an upgrade from the Dimensity 9300+. While specific specifications have yet to be revealed, expectations remain high for features such as expansive OLED displays, S Pen support, and IP68 water resistance.

This new series will likely run on Android 16 and One UI 8.0 right out of the box. In addition to high-end tablets, Samsung is keenly focused on the entry-level market with the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite.

This model, identified by the model number SM-X406B, has been linked to the Exynos 1380 chip and is expected to offer 6 GB of RAM. It appears Samsung will provide both Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity options for this model, potentially named “GTS10Lite” and “GTS10WiFi.” Priced below the Tab S10 FE series, the Tab S10 Lite aims to deliver a budget-friendly alternative within Samsung’s diverse tablet offerings.

Overall, Samsung’s latest tablet strategy indicates a dual approach: high-performance models powered by MediaTek and budget-friendly options using Exynos chips. As of now, there is no official launch date for these devices; however, with testing in progress, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Tab S10 Lite could be revealed in late 2025 or early next year.
