Three new smartphones have recently appeared in the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) database, indicating their impending launch. Their model numbers are SM-A075F/DS, SM-E075F/DS, and SM-M075F/DS, but details on the Galaxy F07 and Galaxy M07 remain scarce. However, there is substantial information available about the Galaxy A07, an entry-level device that is unlikely to offer significant upgrades from its predecessor, the Galaxy A06. According to earlier reports, the Galaxy A07 will support 4G connectivity and come with options for 6GB or 8GB of RAM, along with 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD.
This configuration is commendable for an affordable smartphone. It is anticipated that, similar to the Galaxy A06, the new model will feature a large 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution. Notably, the Galaxy A07 is expected to pack a bigger 5,500 mAh battery, which supports 25W wired charging—a step up from the Galaxy A06’s 5,000 mAh battery. When it comes to photography, improvements on the Galaxy A07 are expected to be minor.
It will likely feature a dual-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, just like the A06. Thankfully, the front-facing camera is projected to receive an upgrade from 8 to 16 megapixels. All three upcoming smartphones will ship with Android 15 right out of the box and are likely to qualify for several major OS updates in addition to security updates. Historically, the Galaxy F07 and M07 may mirror the specifications of the Galaxy A07, as Samsung often releases similar devices under different names in India.
