Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Benchmark Leak Reveals Comprehensive Details About Upcoming Device

Posted on 13 June 2025

Samsung’s upcoming flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, are anticipated to launch in the fall, but details are already emerging. Recent sightings on Geekbench have disclosed some essential specifications for these devices. Initial reports indicated that Samsung would opt for MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 or 9400+ chips, which may disappoint fans accustomed to Qualcomm-powered devices. The Dimensity 9400, introduced last year, is on the verge of being outdated with the upcoming Dimensity 9500 set for release before Samsung’s tablets hit the market.

Recently, the Galaxy Tab S11 was identified on Geekbench, showcasing model number SM-X736B. This tablet is powered by an eight-core chipset with various clock speeds: one core at 3.73GHz, three at 3.30GHz, and four at 2.40GHz. Additional insights from tipster Abhishek Yadav suggest that the Galaxy Tab S11 will feature a Mali-G925-Immortalis GPU, which is also found in MediaTek’s flagship chipsets. Reports imply that the Galaxy Tab S11 may incorporate the standard Dimensity 9400, while the Ultra model could host the more powerful Dimensity 9400+.

Alongside the MediaTek chip, the Galaxy Tab S11 is anticipated to include 12GB of RAM and Android 16. The Ultra model could offer enhanced specifications, although specific upgrades remain uncertain. Notably, Samsung has opted to streamline its offerings for this year, foregoing a Plus variant in favor of these two flagship models.
