Metro by T-Mobile provides customers with a chance to reduce their monthly bills by 30%.

Posted on 9 May 2025

Metro by T-Mobile has officially partnered with Play2Pay, enabling customers to reduce their monthly bills by up to 30 percent just by playing games. Play2Pay, a US-based company, has worked with other carriers like AT&T and Cricket in the past to enhance subscriber engagement and increase their revenues, making this collaboration a strategic move for Metro. Effective immediately, Metro customers can use the Ad It Up app available on both iOS and Android to start earning rewards.

By playing games and exploring various offers, users can accumulate credits that will lower their bills. According to Play2Pay, increased engagement leads to more earned credits, providing Metro users with an additional incentive beyond the carrier’s existing features, such as no contracts or credit checks. Brian Boroff, the founder and CEO of Play2Pay, emphasized the need to give customers more flexibility regarding their essential mobile services.

The launch of Ad It Up aims to infuse fun and creativity into how customers manage their monthly payments. For Metro customers interested in this offer, the process is straightforward. Android users will find the Ad It Up app pre-installed on their devices, while iPhone users can download it from the App Store.

After installation, customers can choose from over 300 games and explore various promotions offered through Play2Pay, which can be both engaging and financially beneficial. Interestingly, a study by Emarketer found that adults in the US spend about 25 minutes daily on mobile games. This trend aligns well with the Play2Pay initiative, particularly for younger users who may spend even more time gaming.

While parents might not want to enforce gaming as a tactic to save on bills, rewarding kids for their involvement could be a fun way to engage the whole family.
