Introducing the Moto Watch Fit: Enjoy a battery life extending beyond two weeks!

Posted on 24 April 2025

Motorola has introduced the new Moto Watch Fit, a sleek smartwatch designed for both functionality and style. This lightweight device promises seamless integration with a variety of smartphones, making it convenient for users who want quick access to messages, calls, and notifications without pulling out their phones. The Moto Watch Fit boasts a 1.9-inch OLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 3, ensuring durability against everyday wear and tear.

While it features Bluetooth 5.3—a slightly older version compared to the latest Bluetooth 5.4—it offers important enhancements like reduced power consumption, improved stability, and better interference handling, which are crucial for devices like smartwatches and earbuds. In terms of features, the smartwatch comes equipped with built-in GPS, an accelerometer, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor, making it a strong contender among its competitors. Its display size rivals premium models, including the Apple Watch Series 9, Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, and Google’s Pixel Watch 2, ensuring that users enjoy a bright and engaging visual experience.

While it lacks a microphone and speakers, the Moto Watch Fit allows users to check notifications and control media playback conveniently. Crafted from aluminum with a plastic back and a fabric band, it weighs only 25 grams (excluding the band) and measures 44.46 x 37.9 x 9.5 mm. According to Motorola, the battery can last up to 16 days under normal usage without GPS.

The watch’s water resistance is rated at 5 ATM or IP68, meaning it can withstand submersion in fresh water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, pricing details have not yet been disclosed, but further information will be available soon.
