While T-Mobile is frustrating its clients with yet another price increase, Verizon is making efforts to entice new customers to its services. As part of a limited-time promotion, Verizon is offering consumers an attractive deal on its home internet plans.
This promotion stands out due to its inclusion of two unique freebies: customers who switch can choose between a Samsung TV or a Meta VR headset. To qualify for one of these gifts, customers must select at least the 5G Home Plus internet plan.
It’s worth noting that the basic 5G Home plan does not qualify for the free gifts, so be sure to choose wisely if you want a TV or VR headset at no extra cost. The 5G Home Plus plan is priced at $55 per month.
It offers benefits such as Ultra HD 4K video streaming, a router, Whole-Home Wi-Fi, and a three-year price guarantee. For a limited period, those opting for this plan will receive either a Samsung 43-inch Class TV, typically priced at $330, or a Meta Quest 3 headset valued at $300.
In addition to these gifts, Verizon provides new customers with a $10/month credit towards an eligible perk, which can include options like Netflix, Disney Bundle, or Max (with Ads). To enjoy this discount, customers must have at least one paid perk on either their eligible Verizon mobile line or home internet plan.
However, the perk credit will be forfeited if the associated perk is removed, the mobile line or plan is canceled, or if the home internet plan becomes ineligible. Other eligible perks for the $10/month discount include subscriptions such as Apple One, Apple Music Family, YouTube Premium, and more.
