Source Reveals Pixel 9a Pre-orders in Select Market Will Include Exciting Bonus Reward

Posted on 14 March 2025

Leaker Roland Quandt, known for his reliable insights, has indicated that Google will offer a special reward for consumers who pre-order the Pixel 9a in certain markets. According to his latest update, those who reserve the mid-range device through specific Google partners in parts of Europe will receive a complimentary Google TV Streamer. This reward, valued at around $100, represents a notable incentive for potential buyers, equating to roughly 20% of the expected retail price of the Pixel 9a.

The specifics of the pre-order reward remain limited; it is still unclear whether this offer will extend beyond Europe into other regions. Furthermore, it’s worth noting that Google is not anticipated to provide a complimentary version of Google Advanced beyond the standard one-year trial typically included with the purchase of a new Pixel Pro model. Details about the Pixel 9a’s features have also emerged.

The device is expected to showcase a 6.3-inch OLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 3, with a resolution of 1080 x 2424 and a 120Hz refresh rate. Beneath the surface, it will boast the Google Tensor G4 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options of either 128GB or 256GB. The camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens on the rear, while the front features a 13MP camera.

Additionally, the Pixel 9a will be equipped with a robust 5100mAh battery supporting wireless charging, and it will carry an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The unveiling of the Pixel 9a is expected on March 19th, with pre-orders likely starting that same day. Pricing for the U.S. market is anticipated to begin at $499 for the 128GB model, while the 256GB variant may be priced at around $599, although earlier rumors suggested a higher price point of $649.
