Samsung fans have eagerly awaited the arrival of Android 15 and One UI 7, and the company has now officially confirmed the rollout timeline for this much-anticipated update. According to an official press release, the stable version of One UI 7 will begin rolling out to eligible devices. Currently, only the Galaxy S25 series is equipped with the stable One UI 7 version.
Although the Galaxy S24 has had access to One UI 7 since December, this was limited to the beta version, which is known to have potential bugs. As of April 7, Samsung plans to expand the stable One UI 7 rollout to more Galaxy devices, starting with the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra, as well as the foldable Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. Following this initial rollout, additional models are expected to receive the update in the weeks to come.
Devices such as the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and various Galaxy Tab S9 models will soon have the stable version of One UI 7 available, with some users already experiencing the beta version in select countries. One UI 7 brings numerous enhancements, including advanced writing tools centered around Galaxy AI and a visual revamp featuring cleaner layouts and smoother animations. Users can look forward to a more customizable home screen, a revamped notifications layout, and a new quick panel, which allows for quick access to media controls and key features, reminiscent of Apple’s Dynamic Island.
In addition to software updates, Samsung is offering enticing discounts on the Galaxy S25 Ultra and other devices with trade-in options available. Overall, the official date for the One UI 7 rollout signals a satisfying resolution for Samsung users after a lengthy wait.
