First Look: Leaked Images of the Upcoming Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold Foldable Device

Posted on 31 March 2025

Leaked renders of the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold have recently emerged, providing an initial glimpse of the design for this much-anticipated foldable smartphone. The new model appears to closely resemble its predecessor, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, suggesting that Google may be prioritizing internal improvements over significant external redesigns. This decision could bode well for the device’s overall performance and functionality. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold seems to maintain the same form factor as the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, featuring a triple rear camera setup positioned in a horizontal bar and a large inner display.

A notable change includes the repositioning of the SIM card slot to the top edge of the device, aligning with modifications seen in other models within the Pixel 10 series. Additionally, renders indicate two cutouts on the left edge, which may serve as antenna placements or contribute to design symmetry. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold, launched in August 2024, received praise for its sleek aesthetics and impressive features, including a 6.3-inch external OLED display and an 8-inch internal OLED display. With the powerful Tensor G4 chip and 16GB of RAM, it delivered exceptional performance.

Its robust camera system comprised a 48 MP wide-angle lens, a 10.5 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10.8 MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Excitement is building for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold’s expected launch in August, coinciding with the annual Made by Google event. There are rumors that this new foldable will be offered at a lower price point than its predecessor, which could enhance its competitiveness in the foldable smartphone market. While the lack of dramatic design changes might seem safe, it indicates Google’s focus on internal hardware advancements and software improvements to enhance the user experience, a strategy that many Pixel users will likely appreciate.
